Are you interested in volunteering?  Great!  We definitely need your help in reading bills.

We ask that you fill out the form to start reading legislation (we just need your name and email).

If you sign up, you commit to read legislation, answer 3 - 5 multiple choice questions on each assigned bill, and render an opinion; guidance is provided.  We ask that you read at least 15 bills in the 2014 session.

The Maryland Constitution specifies that bills must be only one subject, so bills tend to be short (2 - 7 pages).   Time spent on each bill should be about 5 - 10 minutes.
